I’m trying to estimate how much gratuity I’ll get in UAE but I’m a bit confused about the calculation. I know it depends on basic salary and years of service, but I’m not sure how to calculate it properly. For example, if someone works for 3–5 years, how much gratuity should they expect? And is the calculation different after 5 years? I checked a online MOHRE Gratuity Calculator UAE online which gave me an estimate, but I’m not sure how accurate it is. If anyone has experience or can explain with a simple example, please share. Thanks!
